During those eight weeks of work, we will combine the training of strength, aerobic exercise and start up exercise in order to improve the efficiency for the long term aims of the season. The work will depend on each player characteristics without leaving aside their lacks (main physical qualities). Microciclo de Choque. 27 Nov - 21 Dic. General preparatory period. Top volume workout, combining situations of maximum strenght and impact stregth, as well as long term resistance. Microciclo de aproximacion. 8 Ene - 2 Febr. Specific preparatory period, where full atention is given to impact actions: reaction speed and movement, not leaving aside coordination and searching the optimum way for starting competition.
